July 20-21, 2013
From The Tournament Director:
The 2013 Tournament dates and fields are set. You can begin sending in registration forms and checks anytime after April 1st. Again deadline for all forms and checks is June 15th. No exceptions. Teams that played in last years tournament will have their spot back if they chose to return, and get their forms and checks in before 6/15. Open slots after the 6/15 deadline will be filled in by new teams who have sent in their forms and checks. If you are a new team sending in a check, we will not cash that check unless you get in. Teams from last years tournament who send in their forms and checks by the 6/15 deadline, their checks will be cashed as I receive them. Your application and team paperwork must be in good order so the tournament committee can place teams in the correct divisions. If you were champion of the green and blue division in 2012, you will be moved up to the next level division. The cost per team this year is $850 per team in the mens' divisions, and $600 per team in the women's tournament.
In 2009, we started a women's tournament, and we plan to expand this year. Please spread the word about the women's tournament. Please email me if you have questions. Thank you.
